It's my life's worst experience that I've received ever by travelling any Airlines. I am talking about the new airlines - Vistara. They have so incompetent in-flight staff that they hardly bother about passenger's request. Further, they don't hesitate to argue with their passengers.

While coming back from Mumbai to Delhi after receiving this year's Business Technology Awards 2015 honoured at Hyatt Regency, Sahar Road, Mumbai on 19th August, we boarded the flight UK988 approximately 15 minutes before the departure. While entering into the aircraft, I handed over my blazer to one of the hostess and move towards my seat i.e., 12A.

After sitting around half an hour I realize that I am shivering with cold and immediately requested the available lady attended to provide me a blanket and a pillow. The young lady replied that she is getting it. After waiting for 10 minutes, I again requested for the same. This time another young lady attended came and replied that she will be arranging and I've to wait for it. This time, after passing an hour I asked the lady whom I first requested about my same as my condition was deteriorating, the girl said after supplying the food I'll be giving. In this way, I asked four times for a blanket but out of 3-4 hostess, nobody bothered to care their passengers.

Further, at the time of arrival, when one of the hostesses came to me to handed over my blazer, I politely replied with thanks for finally arranged something to stop my shivering. All those 3-4 newly recruited air hostesses assembled and instead of apologising they were arguing with me by saying "We were not aware that you are having temperature or fever... You could have told us the reason... Ok, I am bringing it to you right now...". I replied them "Thanks for showing interest to bring a blanket now, but we can see the runway and are about to land. Thank you for your concern".

I was shocked to get these types of cross-questioning by in-flight staff. The passengers sitting next to me and others were looking each other and saying very bad hospitality by Vistara airhostesses... these incompetent staff are spoiling the image, goodwill and reputation of Vistara.

Whoever is reading this article, make sure, next time when you travel, don't take risk of your life. It's a pure wastage of money, mood and travel experience. As far as myself is concern, I've had a very bad experience and will not travel by Vistara for sure. This was my first time to experiment with this new airline.

Lesson I learnt from this experiment is that we should not experiment with New and Inexperience services. Rather, we should stick with experience and already used services.

Conclusion: Carriers like Jet Airways, SpiceJet, Air India, Indigo, Go Air, Air Asia, etc. are not GOOD in overall but they are not BAD like Vistara. more

I have worked with TATAs in Jemshedpur. Also used their products like Indigo car, TATA tele services etc. My experience with them are not great and at times worse. more  
TATAS they trust their employees but stern action is necessary that spoils the REPUTED name. more

I wish if I could share it with Mr. Ratan Tata and Mr. Cyrus Mistry so that they can also see what their staff down the line are performing and how they are spoiling TATA's image, reputation and Goodwill. The new staff/department are taking advantage of TATA's reputation. more
