Airline Baggage Issues report

Folks, i was browsing through the LocalCircles site and came across on airline baggage grievances report.

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/airline-baggage-complaints

Can this be escalated by all of us to the aviation minister or emailed to his office
hm.moca@nic.in

I feel in localcircles many of us give inputs but dont escalate issues with collective suggestions to the Govt.

The same must also be done. Please share your ideas on my idea. more

My experience is TURKISH AIRLINES is WORST in Baggage Handling. Also their Customer Support is VERY VERY POOR AND IRRESPONSIVE. more
I flew into Chicago from Columbus, Ohio, using United Airlines/Lufthansa. Due to a severe weather in Columbus & Chicago, I missed my connecting flights to India. My connecting to New Delhi from Chicago to N. Delhi of 30-Aug-2022. I was rebooked with Air India (AI), which is part of Star Alliance. When we arrived in New Delhi, one of our bags was missing. I raised a "PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT" on 31-Aug-2022. Today is 03-Sep-2022. I have contacted AI customer service two times, and I got some senseless responses. The gentleman whom I spoke with today asked me to send my baggage details. I pointed out to him ALL the required information are in the "PROPERTY IRREGULARITY REPORT". He insisted that I send an email. I have sent an email. I am waiting... Is there a way to get some compensation from AI? I heard I will be paid some amount every day that AI doesn't deliver the baggage. Can someone confirm it and, if possible, how to proceed with that process? more
I don't understood the policy of one bag by one person. more
so far i remember ,govt tried to increased free baggage allowance to 20 kg and there after rs100 /kg for next 5 kg , but supreme court judge squashed govt direction when airlinefile petition agaist the govt direction, this was in 2014 or 2015 more
