Airlines taking customers for ride

I wanted to share this 2 days back when I received the economic times newspaper report of our survey but i thought to wait till LC detailed report is published

https://www.localcircles.com/a/press/page/india-airline-survey

Airlines are undoubtedly now more arrogant than before and thats because of monopoly situation.

LC manager must please take up some of the irregularities they are conducting with DGCA the regulator. more

Carts are generally free at most of the airports . At IGI . They demand rs. 1500 and then available more
Remove VIP culture at airports . Allow senior citizen to get facility of carts . After landing you will see people are using cart and senior citizen struggling more
Agreed but carts are atleast free of charge in INdia where as ioutside India , these are against payments. Most of The first time travellers do not have change or cards and thus face difficulties in fetching the cart. more
While agreeing that services within India are faulty, there is no point in comparing with other countries. I have found such services are even worse. Once I travelled by Business class to London by BA and they offered the worst services. Other international airlines are often pretty bad, especially to Indians as if we are free boarders. Once in the US, flilght from LA to Boston was cancelled and we were travelling by first class and no announcement was made and we all had to scramble and were treated like beggars. At least in India, we can protest, while in other countries if we protest we will be prosecuted. Again, let me hasten to say that I do not agree with the bad practices of our travel services (Whether Government or Private) but let us not keep comparing India adversely with other countries. more
This is has become a common feature in India now. There is a huge problems and inconvenience in travelling Airline. There is nothing good in Indian railways. Facilities inside the train is no way good. Ticket price is skyrocketing but comfort zone is far away. more
Why airlines only? Railways arrogant and monopolistic. Is India's economy fully ready for airlines - are all tier 3 cities connected by flights? more
