Airtel Cheating deceiving aerobatics

Airtel is the worst service provider cheating deceiving is at the highest level in this coy, I took recently post paid service bearing No. 7738155177 , I provided all documents . I was told it will be activated in another two hours .after complaining to customer Svc it was not activated for next 36 hours. After working normal for few hours ,that is I made one call and I got an msg from airtel saying outgoing calls of this Svc will be barred . That was true it was barred for out going calls. I ran pillar to post Cust Svc says ,there is error in your address? I provided Aadhar walk in centre from air tel filled the document then why are you held me for that ? I live in a apartment in Mumbai as per my address . I was out of Svc for 15 days . I took up this matter with consumer guidance society of India Mumbai. Then only my Svc was restored . That is not all the monthly bill which was made available had full charging for the time Svc was blocked. I am retired person and this is the condition they behave ? Even in airtel they do not know who is doing what .l have to go up to apaleate . Horrible and awfull dealing ? This a Goonda Svc provider in public domain . more

The cheating by private companies are due to the kick backs the government officials take. more  
1. where did you apply for the connection - airtel authorized company showroom or dealer? 2. did you fill the document or the person filled the document ? 3. has the address in the required document, your name same as that you filled in the document 4. when you called the airtel guys and they told that your connection (outgoing) would be barred did you ask them the reason - if it was about address as they told you did you ask them is this the address written on the form (the entire process is outsourced for your information so there is a chance of error) 5. whom did you write to as a complaint ( can you share the address and name ) 6. did you go to the official web site of airtel and write you complaint 7. were you given a complaint number or did you ask the same from them 8. Airtel and all the service providers have an excellent escalation mechanism - the point is a customer should try to leverage it rather than complaining -I think we all are educated and can apply logic and then raise an issue One of my friends above has mentioned about some 50 countries etc. I would like to share with my friend probably he has been very very lucky - while I do not want to name the operators let it be known that all operators across the world have issues and the point is it has to get resolved with least inconvenience for a customer. So I would not agree with what my friend has stated. Also Sir note our per call is the lowest in the world!! Sir probably you have missed that in the 50 countries you have visited. Sh. Raja we have various telecom representatives as well as bodies to keep a track of the customer complaints. TRAI for example Raja sir is very effective. All government bodies representing the customer give a margin of customer complaints - same is TRAI. May I request you to kindly go through the complaint KPI and map it to any operator and those operators who have defaulted you would note if you do a little more research have been pulled up by he government bodies. Unfortunately customers are not aware of their rights which is their own problem. They should demand the same and make a noise at the place. more  
Mr Katoch, I entirely agree and empathise with you. Airtel is the WORST commercial company I have come across in 50 countries that I have been in in 64 years of my life. It is a national blot. They cheat, and their service stinks, and they are arrogant. Their worst problem, to be charitable, is that they pay peanuts and get monkeys to work for them who just do not know what they are supposed to do and how. But then its top executives have completely insulated themselves from their customers. Try hard as you may you cannot contact any of them to complain. This company is doomed, and JIO has come at a right time to strike a big blow. I am going to desert Airtel at the first opportunity. I have no hopes, no expectations left from them. more  
There are numerous complaints against AirTel. But due to inability of Govt. agency, these organizations are behaving like dictator and not bothered for customers. more
