Airtel - customer unfriendly company
One of the things they do is as price drops happen in broadband connection, they will continue charging you at same rate for years and years. They will not lower the prices.
Many businesses keep getting slower speeds at higher rates because no one bothers to check latest plan etc. Airtel will never let you know. Even if they upgrade your speed, they will never tell you that your plan now costs 1299 instead of 2000.
So be very alert and demand lowest price and ideally ask them for compensation for time that the plan became available and you were still charged higher. more
