airtel is fraud and collects unaccoounted money
On 11th I complained that my DTH is not getting signal Person who came to repair is Ranjit phone 7827335898 Your person visited around 1 PM and said to change two parts as one of them was of tata sky when the connection is from airtel , he changed both and asked for 8500 in cash without any bill of receipt
I sent mail to airtel to confirm if I am suppose to pay for Parts they changed which did not have airtel stamp so I believe they are duplicate Now how come Tata sky part came , it means while installation they put tata sky parts Is this some sort of scam or money making employees racket
no response from nodal officer, CEO . may be ehty all part of looting gang

I have been using services of airtel during past 20 years plus and didn't change my internet plan or mobile number plans because of rivals vs people who are working with airtel who are decent IPTV was excellent for TV Internet and CCTV camera are good 2 mobile numbers are giving me excellent experience Despite getting calls from rivals I have no plans of changing, just to save few bucks I remember times of land-line phones, when paper bills were missing or got into wrong hands.. Minimum 1000/- plus fines were paid by me in the nearest office of government spending my time and money Benefits of privatization has to make customers smarter and loyal more

I was a victim. I was offered a Sim with various benefits and took cash by airtels franchise. After a long wait, no Sim was delivered. When, I optd for cancelation, aurtel refunded less than 50% after an year of chase. In thus case, Rajeev should have insisted for official estimate before making payment. Noe address the issue to consumer grievances cell for addressing the matter, as it appears, betrayal of faith . more

Mr. Sreenivasa, Do not try to pass a judgrmrnt unless you know what you are talking about. Barring some stray incidents where you walk into a trap, the business companies are very responsible and provide a good service whereas you have labelled everyone as a cheat, a highly irresponsible statement. How many times have you been cheated and by whom? I have not in the last over 50 years.
In this particular case, Airtel is a good and reputed service provider giving clean service. It is out and out a mistake by Mr. Bhargava who did not try to see recall what he had spent for getting a new DTH connection or check with Airtel customer care on phone. more

Airtel franchises can do anything in the name of Airtel, they added an extra data connection without my permission and it took lot of time to get rid of the same after paying all the false bills....best to contact them online....the SIM was never delivered to me and others might be using it for fraud calls.....no solution from govt. portal more

I do receive calls for upgrade but as I refuse as I am happy with my plan for mobile as well as broadband. There has never been any issue as these calls are recorded by Airtel and so cannot be misused. An uninteded yes can of course be misinterpreted. Be careful more

Before you decide to change the service provider, write a detail letter to senior management that you can find thru google search. Let them know why you opted for change of service provider. more
