Airtel (mis)service, especially for Wi-fi...
For a current and long-persistent issue, the wi-fi that I subscribe to through broadband at my residence remains erratic at all times with my iPhone. I have no such problem when I use 3G, or wi-fi somewhere else. Despite repeated complaints numerous times, first, each time one needs to pursue it vigourously reminding them 2-3-4 times before a technician materialises some one week later if I am lucky, and then he leaves declaring that either all is well or nothing can be done!
I would welcome and deeply appreciate any useful suggestions to overcome the issue. more
