This is in reference to my experience with Airtel, they had replied apologizing for the inconvenience cause to me. This is the standard reply the company can give becoz they got more money and given less data. Like me they must be doing with lots of customers like me and minting lots of money. Can any Government of India official on LinkedIn look into this and take drastic steps ?? Can member put this on social media so the Government take action for misleading the consumers as I have all email records from Airtel. Thanks in anticipation. Regards Vivek Syal M - 9810311490 more
When the government is hand-in-glouse with the service providers, common man is helpless. This is the present scenario. Unless there is an upheaval against all such service providers, we just cannot expect any help/assistance or justice for our woes... Of course, we can also try our best unitedly and fight against such evils in society. more
Regarding services by our mobile and net service providers less said is better. They deliver much worse than they claim or promise. Airtel is supposed to be the best of them all. But a look at their intrnet download/upload speed will make one wonder how bad it is. I have checked and found that airtel's downloading speed is seldom beyond 2mbps and that for uploading is seldom more than 0.5 or 0.6mbps. Then your data consumption is so fast that before you realise your data is shown as exhausted (fully utilised) and you left wondering when and where did you use all those datas. It seems nobody has any clue how they can be regulated. Government seems to be having sort of hands off attitude in this matter. more
There is no data wise / talktime wise billing . It is monthly wise billing they makes. Once when i asked to close connection of my Post paid mobile at Airtel Service Centre they told the pass word of the system was forgotten come tomorrow i.e at about 4.00 pm. All the day they worked but when I asked to close the connection they told lie that they forgotten Password. They have billed me and demanding to pay for their fault. I told them to check the usage of data and calls used from their services and raise the bill. I ported the Number to other tel service at the intervening new bill generation month. but I have not consumed data or Calls from Airtel. Still they demand for payment of bill. more
