A progressive thinking and positive decisions have begun of late . The so called policy makers and administrators who are paying a def ear to the genuine ills in society and dancing to the tunes of personalities in UNDUE INFLUENCE shall be weeded out soon. It is the Hon Judiciary which will protect the human dignity, and improvement of orderly administration. Let us hope for the best governance in the years to come.
However, common men like us should voice our concern instead of behaving as silent spectators. This forum shall be of great advantage to the society .
Every one of us should raise our voice as and when an irregular incident takes place instead of remaining passive due to our busy life.
History revealed that citizen vigilance has improved the situation and civilisation.
There is no reason why this forum shall definitely contribute for corrections and improvement in the society in all spheres of activities

All Political Parties not only agreed , but also said that the places of Corruption and Black Money is in other forms [ naming some like Land Shares Gold etc., ] than Currency . Majority of Indian Judiciary also viewed and heard these AND ALSO WITNESSED THROUGH MEDIA REPORTS ALONG WITH ALL THE POLITICAL PARTIES , THE CORRUPTION AND BLACK MONEY HELD IN NEW 2000 CURRENCY ALSO which have been set for Seizure at various places in Bulk starting from 5 , 16 lacs , 20 ,l 30, and 50 lakhs , 1.5 Crores to 94 Crores as on date . So , the issue of Corruption and Black Money being in many Forms & Means , is also considerably in the very Currency and this Currency is giving way for profit gains on one side , Discounting on the other side while RE-STORING IN THE SHAPE OF ONLY NEW CURRENCY purposing to be away from the boundary of Black Money . All these facts are now in the knowledge of Citizen , Politicians , Businessmen , Governments and , the majority of the Judges in the Country while the Media reports , Debates , Spotlights stand cognizant . If CBI and IT were to raid the residences of Judges, I won't be surprised if a large number of them are sent to prison. The quality of judges also is a problem created by the quota policy politics of our Government. That explains why a large number of cases are lying unsettled for decades. Development is dragged down by inefficient people in the top and middle level in Public Sector enterprises too which indicates why a large number of PSU's are running in losses. But Alas, the means of impeaching a judge or avenues of complaints is also very limited. more

" This is the very objective for commencing these localcircles.com with the great concept of achieving and maintaining good governance with people' s participation . Unless every individual participant positively route this campaign touching the Society in terms of Citizen Responsibilities and Duties , the Directive Principles of Rule , spread of article 14 , 19 and 21 strictly for the general public interest , THERE WILL NOT BE THE PROMPT CARRY OF THE OBJECTIVES OF THE CONSTITUTION ITSELF PLEASE . Hence , I also request for Citizen Commitment in-terms of Civility , Citizen-binding in-terms of Civil Responsibilities AND , the natural Morale and Decency at natural Justice in-terms of Humanity please . Here , if these three are opted anti by any , shall be seriously punished at National Interest and at the Honour of carry of the Citizen Concept / Directives of rule in the Country of the Constitution as a whole please . more
