I agree with Raghu G's Point 1. more
Of late, it is observed that the AC machines installed in the ATM cabins are not functioning. As they are installed mainly for the proper functioning of the ATMs. such a situation will result in the frequent `out of order`, causing avoidable inconvenience to the customers. The doors are not properly closed automatically after the customer is leaving which may attribute to the failure of AC units. more
I find SBI ,the biggest PSB is very indifferent in addressing the concerns of their customers.Even legally mandated information like ,Form 16, is NOT provided even after number of requests/reminders.Facilities Salary account are also denied without any reason.Pensioner's/customer's meet organised by the is big farce. more
1. Facility to choose Denominations of Cash can be provided. 2. Some times when ATM has only lower Denomination Cash and is unable to dispense the Amount requested the Feedback Message is confusing. more
I would suggest you also take inputs from the industry as to why banks are not putting ATMs and why they wait for other Banks to put the ATM. This negativity has to be removed. The charges for using other banks ATM should be put squarely with the bank using the others service. this is the only way that they will put more ATMs. Every bank selling a debit card to its customer need to show a proportionate number of ATMs within a specified radius. more
