Properly since I heard of this muzaffarpur episode and the politican who abused young gilrls is being given protection by the police and govt.
Please read the attached friends and lets give 3/4 concrete suggestions so this doesnt happen again.
I heard another case in UP today. Sad part husbands do all this in alliance with wives. more

Even Government agencies turned a nelson eye to going On's in the house of horror. NCW did not even do the mandatory visits and compliance for which even their officials should be put behind bars. more

There is no fear to commit any crime. Only technology you need to acquire is to keep the police and politicians in good humour. Immunity guaranteed. more

It has been happening since long in our Hindu society. My father had told me in 1970 that in our Hindu society young widow female do not remarriage and they were supposed to send them in widow ashram in Mathura. At that time the same incident as now happened in mujaffer pur and deveriya up had happened that young widow female were supplied by ashram management team to politicians as well as industrialist for their ayyasi (sexual thirst). After such news came in news paper, local citizens raised their voice and it was controlled not stopped. As such I think that in such cases our local citizens May pay their valuable role to curve the situations by taking police help. Who makes political leader only we people (local citizens) when we get our leader indulged in anti social activities, can we not discard them and damage their political future. No other one is responsible for such incidents . Only we are. When mob linching for gou hatya why not mob linching for the peoples responsible or indulged in these incidents. more

One way giving Lectures and Slogans of Sanctity AND OTHER WAY WOMEN IS CORNERED SELFISHLY. Even Women Societies decades together could not help the very Female Gender . Every thing , every issue is going on entirely Selfish and set nexus by the Governing and Ruling Personalities . Law and Order AND, Law and Justice Wings also failed in these issues amidst increasing Corruption and Crimes in Society and Finances . more

As far as I understand from the reports the entire supervisory system of monitoring this home was made impotent by the power of the owner, his links to the power-elite of the area. It was not worth anyone's while to go up against him. Clearly he was a sadist who had created the means for his own satisfaction in the full knowledge that he could get away with it. These homes are parcelled out because government feels it cant manage them themselves. There are two issues here; a) should the government outsource its duties to look after orphans and vulnerable people to others? If it becomes a necessity then b) dont they remain culpable when they refuse to monitor and let the rot continue. One sure way of stopping this kind of thing is to make sure that all, and I mean ALL the people involved are sent to prison for long periods after a proper trial and the whole country is made to feel shame at where we have been brought to. Hiding or minimising is not an option. more
