Yes sourav, I believe these 3 as top priorities for Palamau constituency as good irrigation will mean better employment for people and if other amenities will also be good that will imply less migration of people and also very importantly more employment opportunity will attract more people to social main stream. So would request the moderator of the community to collate these 3 priorities as top priorities for Palamau constituency. Also an important suggestion that constituency wise top priorities can be maintained for better execution and delivery. Jai Hind !!!! more
