People have invented so many jhugads to bypass entire including manipulation by staff and Chinese software. as a result one hardly gets reservation during peak seasons. Agents are earning as much as double of actual freight during vacation season. In nut shell an ordinary person never gets Tatkal. It is reserved for touts only. It is true that, Railway has become corruption adda, it can not be improved without political will power. Again, politics in India is nurturing corruption. It has become topmost earning enterprises. We have the right to see, what comes next. more

No politician can remove corruption from India. There is judiciary also for stay orders, bails and unlimited adjournment. Privatization in a big way is the solution. UK is small country. They have atleast 4 private railway companies. No service sector should be under the Govt. including roadways, hotels etc. more

Lottery system are also vulnerable to manipulation without proper checks and balances. Railway can implement foolproof certified software applications which are available off the shelf. more
