They should amend reservation system that lower berth should be allotted to other travelers after adjusting to all seniors and ladies at the time of preparation of chart. more

I travelled from Pune to Nagpur last week. I booked one month in advance. But I got upper berth. My wife also got upper berth. My age is 62 and my wife 57. I had mentioned my age as 62 & my wife's age 58 in reservation form. But no use. Surprisingly a fellow passenger who booked 5 days before travel date was wait listedbut got confirmed berth on the date of teavel and that too LOWER berth. How is it? more
