Amazon Now service is tricky
My wife recently used this Amazon Now service and I suggest you be careful when using it.
Here is what happens - they lure you with cashback to shop for 1999 and get 200 back. You end up placing an order which gets fulfilled from 3rd party store.
3rd party store changes the merchandise (instead of colgate regular you get colgate salt) and there is no option of return.
Then some items arent available so order value drops below 1999. No cashback.
So till amazon figures this grocery service I suggest refrain from using amazon now. more

None of the eCommerce companies deals with any goods. They work as mediator and the ordered commodities are always supplied by third party retailers. However, this fact is not hidden and are being displayed in their sights together with credit scores. In my opinion it is better to have your requirements from a local store giving some discounts after verifying all the essential information in own eyes, which has 0 scope for after purchase complain. People lured by the offers of a few bucks are often become preys of cheating. more

My openion differs on above, though such things are do happening. However, one can not solely blame AMAZON on this since they should check every thing before placing order. They can check with AMAZON for clarity on product before placing order in writing. No doubt, there are many online sellers are playing & selling products. But we be sure ourselves before placing order. more
