There are several other companies selling their products (Eg. Kraasa Shoes, etc.), which are delivered in plain box with absolutely no brand name, manufacturing date, MRP, etc). All these products are again being sold on Amazon and it's really surprising more  

It is surprising that the issue of MRP is still prevalent whereas in my opinion it was a problem in the past. First of all there is a strong need to take up such issues seriously. Please write a complaint to the Amazon seeking refund of the excess money. In case while booking if Amazon offered any discount on MRP, please demand that discount also. In case you do not get refund of the excess amount within 10 days or so please report the matter to the State Controller of Legal Metrology. Follow up with Legal Metrology and even if required seek information under RTI Act 2005. You also have a right to seek legal remedies at the risk and cost of Amazon. In my view all the three actions in parallel could be thought of as somewhere we need to fix the responsibilities of Legal Metrology department. more  

It appears to me the prices shown by you are for 2 different products: Rs. 450/- for a 200 gm chocolate, and Rs. 474.22+28%GST=Rs. 607 for 264 gm Miniatures Collection. Please check. more  

Where is the MRP enforcement suade ?? Let them take punitive action. more
