An Official in the Prime Minister's Office could be allowed to participate as a Member of the Local Circle on Corruption; PM himself may not directly become a Member of the Local Circle. That Official can pass on to PM the feedback forthcoming from the Local Circle, particularly the corruption rampant in almost all the Departments, even if not directly with the Ministers themselves and want of proactive efforts to uncover cases of corruption and get the corrupt punished. more
