Ancient Indian Justice Systems, Democracy vs Current Colonial Court systems & Democracy

India has a deep history of a very evolved judiciary as well as democratic processes.

Which is unfortunately not taught to us any more.

Rather we are falsely told that democratic values & court systems came from Europe.

Which is completely false claim.
I am putting up a graphic for everyone to check & compare what we had before the Brits came & what we have now.

Before the Brits came, India had a very evolved Judicial systems, which were purposely commercialized by the Brits to earn money from the "Business in the name of Law"

Wherever the Brits went, they created a scam called "Business of the Courts" which is against the Constitutional Guarantees.

Shouldn't we as citizens demand reverting back to our free & fair justice systems? more

Good to Know. It should reach the Legal department of Government of India. There are a lot of documentation on Chanakya's work on Economics and Legal. These are treasure of India and should be used and Taught in the Syllabus. UGC should start work in this direction. We should thrash those who will start talking about safronization. more
