Indian railway and irctc through which tickets are getting booked , few days back I was book a ticket on a train from ndls to dbg (12566) of exactly 120 days , irctc policy is that ticket booking start at 8 am but after service time I.e 11:45 to 12:20 after this irctc shows number of seat allotted in trains in different class but the seat shown in 3A in this train was 7 in general quota before reservation starts which makes much difficult to book ticket because in 7 seat how booking will be , in tatkal quota more than 10 seat are given , I mailed several times irctc I have proof with attachments , I called senior executive but no one was able to give answer just they are tell sir I will talk to serious regrading this and in mail they are replying everything except the answer of my questions just reply rules and regulations policy now I am tried of talking to them I mailed to ministry but no reply comes

As you are holding all evidences to substantiate, make a strong letter and attach all proofs with that letter and address it to the Railway Minister, endorse a copy to Railway Tribubnal, copy to Social media as well a copy to the consumer forum for addressing your issue. A registered A D letter with all enclosures to the respective General Manager, Divisional Manager, as well to the Centralised Computerised booking office at Secundrabad, from where the tickets booked. more

To my mind for effectively implement surprise checks it is necessary that such squad should be a mobile squad and should be from a different railway i.e. checks in N.R. may be done by E.R. or S.E.R. and should be assigned for only 2 to 4 weeks and then shifted. Their orders/directions should come from Central/ Head Office only This is to minimise collusion between normal Train conductors and Surprise Checking Staff. RYK. more

And requested sir , for more proof of this I can give u all the several voice recording which was recorded when I was talking to irctc costumer care senior executive and this much of proof is enough to proof this , it's my intention that this should be forward to next level so that government should know about it and a common person donot suffer in this because have this much of less seat the waiting list regrets at 82 ya 83 in 7 seat it is much difficult to book ticket of delhi routes more
