Basic concept of promoting companies where husband+wife, brother+sister or a combination of close relatives who become "partners" should be curbed. The two people who start the company should have a minimum qualification in the area of business that the company will engage in. Currently "founders" need not have any specific qualification to register a company. That can lead to all sorts of unhealthy actions and activities from all concerned. We complain about Rabri Devi becoming CM after Lallu, but many "companies" are just "relatives" establishments. Basic requirement that partners cannot be related or atleast should basic experience in the field should be in place. more
