Good idea to inculcate habit of helping the country. If the condition of identification of the complainant is not compulsory, there will be lot of information. There may be some fake, but even 40% correct information is worth. more  

If the prime minister of our country proclaims on the country's independence day that the time for agents, who used like masters to strut about the corridors of the governmental ministries and influence decision makers to pass orders to their "will", are wiped out, then one must believe that the government has taken steps to weed out one of the major virus of high corruption. Similarly, in-between agents who would buy from the farmers and sell at will to the local wholesalers at their own prices, are slowly but surely being wiped out of their existence. The community of suppliers of water tanks in collusion with Jal authorities has also been subjected to supervision. Agents are useful ONLY where no direct communication can take place between supplier and buyer. more  

What I would like to know a. Are there any countries that had implemented these kind of policies (Rewarding whistle blower/person who reported it)? Success stories thus far? Amount of money recovered thus far? b. There are going to be challenges. Witness protection/whistle blower protection is a cause of concern in India. c. I am not a lawyer. I have reached out to several lawyers/law colleges, regarding what laws need to be changed/what policies need to be changed? This could be Project work for law graduates. d. I have reached out to National Skill Development center asking them to include anti-corruption as one of the area to train (sector skill council). e. I have reached out to few international anti-corruption/transparency bodies. f. There are various ways to skin the cat. Make aadhar compulsory while selling/buying property (property registration). Make aadhar compulsory for existing properties --> Benamis will come to the surface, give reward to property owners who link aadhar to the existing properties. e. When the issue is addressed from multiple angles, issue is going to be resolved. f. I would appreciate if readers could give input on the above/connect me to the right sources. more
