My understanding/opinion
The amended 2018 Prevention of Act is in favour of the corruption. The CBI cannot even register a corruption case against a public servant without the approval of the competent authority.
Further the 2017 amendments made to the finance bill exempts political parties from revealing their source of funds including foreign donations under the Right to Information Act. more

These acts of the government are really unfortunate. On one hand they talk about eradication of curruption from the country and on the other hand they legislate such laws which encourage politicians and bureaucrats for corruption. These acts are just reverse of what they said. Interestingly, none of the leaders in opposition had ever raised any objection towards these laws as they are also sailing in the same boat. more

One thing more ,this amendment also makes giving bribe an offence punishable with 7years jail, indigenous way of eradicating corruption, no one dares to complain, hence no Corruption, NDA is very clever, every thing is jumla. Next month onwards a new labour law comes in which increases working hours to 12 hours. Lack of an effective opposition is taking it's toll on common man. more

I think, if anyone files a PIL in the Supreme Court , then on the basis of equality before the law, such distinctions in dispensation of justice can be repealed. Some braveheart in Delhi can do it. I can also do it, but I need an advocate in Delhi to draft the petition for me on minimum cost. I shall plead the case myself. Any volunteers? more

You has understood it well! No sincerity is there to eradicate corruption root and branch. It is only done to settle scores with the opposition parties that are involved in corruption! Satyameva Jayatey! more

If this is the situation then Public must Protest & come on street. The Public Servant , whoever may be in position , should be charged against with evidence or there is a scope of corruption in front line views. Even ISA / IPS / State level Officers should come under the law. The Smooth punishment of transfer is not right way to stop corruption. They should be jailed with hard punishment for min. 15 years. During this period No any remuneration should be given to run his family . more
