How can Indian students shout anti - India slogan and pro Pakistani slogan in a university.
We have not our students patriotism.
They need to know correct history.

Democracy is good - its like being a part of a big family - in that family if certain people keep abusing (verbal) and creating issues with the head of the family - either the head decides to tolerate it (at the expense of the others in the family leading to their discontentment) or ask the person(s) to leave his house...I hope this example is the best to help suggest the way forward more
I guess our tolerance level is too high ....I cant imagine Indian students to even dream of raising slogans against pakistan in pakistan while diplomacy is crucial to manage such issues, however the Indian government needs to take a strong stance on this incident and an action should be taken within a specific timeline ...I feel all such things are happening since we (India) have ourselves facilitated it ..... I would like to pose a question to this forum ....could such or any other incident involving against say of China, Pakistan, Middle East be tolerated and what would these countries do - in terms of action ? more
Why should fees in JnU and such colleges be so low? Increase fees, chuck out of the hostel all chronic students and outsiders. De politicise student unions. more
Many Politicians , Majority of those in the Business ,Employed and in College and Higher Education have not in deed cared the address of the President of India to the Nation on 15th August 2013 . There has become no use of realization among the rest of the Majority Population in India since they never have any choice of suggesting or directing except the urges . Integrity and Nationalism were cornered at the thirst of making money , Luxurious and Ease of life . The Colleges and many Universities had already made way for Caste based Associations , Unions and even there has been the activism of Party wise Trade Unions . The main reason is only the Political governments who opted change of Education Syllabus since after probably 1995 - 2000 which in deed made the Indian Youth out of the real history and the ideals and idols amidst the article 51 A Specifically added in the Constitution . more
