Thanks to Mohite Jain .
I feel that the tax payers are unnecessary subjected to audit by sales Tax & Income tax.
Faults found are even not correct.
My request is that please don't trouble honest Tax payers. more

Let tax authorities do their proper home work in respect all and seek explanations from all. How to determine honesty of tax payers? Dishonest people use even honest/innocent people to perpetuate the parallel economy. more
All of us join hands, dear Sanjana Bahadur, and demand that there should be no tax on income from S/B Account, FDs, rentals and EPF being the honest returns on savings of the life for the rainy day in the absence of any worthwhile public system of protecting ordinary man from exploitation of the business community. We should also demand the withdrawal of the plan by present Government to steal our savings (White money) from our Bank Accounts. to protect corporate defaulters (Black Money). It is known as Financial Regulation and Insurance (FRDI) Bill of 2016 which could be introduced in parliament this winter session. It provides an authority to Banks to convert deposits over 1 Lakh in securities (shares) of the Banks. It is called "Bail-in" policy. Rs. 3,000 Crores every year as insurance premium. Second, either way, it is public money given to Banks in the form of "Bail-Out". ..... (Ref: Atul Jauhari's posting in the Local Circle on 06.12.2017). It is very necessary that the FM of India calls for a pre-budget meeting with the consumers' reps on the issue of taxes on sales and income. I request the Department of Consumer Affairs to please take up the demands of consumers with the FM counterpart and post the outcome in this forum. more

Salaried person, interest on bank deposit income or rent income etc are mostly honest taxes payers they should not be bothered. more
Yes i support SANJANA.For honest and modest earners of Rs10-12.0 Lakhs a year the tax is hardy Rs.1.00 lakhs, which can be spent on developmental works of the country. With very few earners beyond 3.0 lakhs[may be 20-30 crores indians have more than 3.0 lakhs a year earnings]avoiding people up to 10.00 lakhs leaves hardly 10 crore Indians. That willbe shameful for a country of this size.It creates false accounting standards. It creates wealth at wrong places. Better revise the direct tax code, and slowly reduce taxes on petrol, and such which are to be used for agriculture and productivity. more
