i am a chest specialist, a pulmonologist and would like to comment on pharmacological aspect of quitting smoking. there are 2 medicines - buproprion , an anti-depressant and varenicline , a new drug which help in quitting smoking, but a history needs to be taken and a consultation taken, for example there should not be any history of a seizure or depression .the dose and duration can be decided.generally for 3 months and if successful a course can be repeated. also exercise well and chew gum and drink lots of water but medicines do help as it is an addiction.also nicotex chewing gums available over the counter. more
Try Litejoy Electronic Cigarette. Lower ceffeine ,no smoke ,no compulsive indirect smoking for others . Shisha another product has zero caffeine. Any question you may call Mr Harash Jain 9810088588 more
