Any good Medicine for Migraine Headache.

Anybody please suggest a good medicine for Migraine Headache. I usually take vasograin Tab or any other headache tap/cap but cure just for a well & it started again when I work hard or have a stress or tension. Is migraine headache can cure forever? more

Hi Yuingam.All the suggestions will work.Best is to identify what triggers it---missing meals,eating late,milk or milk products,mushroom,sunlight,---it can be anything.YOU and ONLY YOU can help yourtself to identify that first Imp to change your life style.Focus on $ pillars of optimal health E--Exercise daily A-Positive Attitude---stay in company of good books and people R_Adequate rest N---Eat right nutrition. Remember all food is not nutrition but all nutrition is food. Let food be thy medicine. more

To sum - patient need to work on following dimensions: a. On root - Psychology works better. b. On treatment - Bach flower therapy, Homeopathy and Reflexology. I prefer Bach Flower over Homeopathy because it is designed to manage mind disorders. It was invented by Homeopath based in UK. c. on emergencies - First try should be with Bach Flower remedy. If not controlled, pain killer has to be taken. For immediate relief, allopathy has an edge. My understanding is that Allopathy does not have any medicine to treat migraine. This is my research and experience on the subject. more
