Shri MS Subramaniam(Chanakya) We have inadequate information about your problem. However, just because Sn.66A of IT Act is struck down as unconstitutional it does not make the crime of defamation affecting another's reputation null and void. It means what it says the section is struck down..."Section 66A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 is struck down in its entirety being violative of Article 19(1)(a) and not saved under Article 19(2)." more
