The clear one is really nothing more than a souring agent like any other vinegar and has hardly any health benefits. The cloudy one is the one with all the benefits. While buying, you should check for words "raw", "unfiltered" and "with the mother" on the packaging. This type of ACV is maybe 4-5 times more expensive than the clear one. more
