Every builders having tie up with agecy., govt., administrators and the leaders . For instance the top number one builder have. link and arrangements for seekng approvals of the project from starting of the project to till completion. Actual buyers of the apartment not being consulted before issuing completion certificates and occuoation certificates. There are no quality assurance checks and neat finishing of the projects as promised by the builders. There is no all tax cleranxes for the builders to payoff betterments taxes etc and at the tine khtta tranfers the buden of tax lies and demanded from the buyers of new apartment. more
