Applying Pressure during urination

Dear All matured and experienced people, Whenever I go for urination, I have to apply more pressure to urinate up to the end. I am diabetic with allopathic tablet (1 tablet of Glimipill all the 3 times after food) under control. 45 years old male. Can you please tell me what could be the reason? Should I go for any particular test to find out any problem like kidney stone etc? more
