APPRECIATIONS & HUMBLE SUGGESTIONS TOWARDS RAILWAYS

TO JUSTIFY THE WELLNESS OF MANAGEMENT AND WORK FORCE :
APPRECIATION :
Yes we do see improvement ,trying to bring in good serving styles close to the style of Airlines . The IRCTC has shifted from the Archaic system of serving personnel balancing & moving with the stacked plates of food stuff to be served for the customers . Today as I was travelling by Shatabdi from Bengaluru to Chennai noticed the use of trolley while serving food for the Customers . KUDOS FOR GOOD ACTIONS .

SUGGESTIONS :
* In the same train today noticed the loss of place for the customers to hang their small hand baggage . Kindly take a look where they are hang . On the flimsy hooks that are meant to keep the sun screen rod in place . I have seen this emerging feature now only . When the Railways don’t curb this practice now , heavier baggage will be hung at the cost of the hooks breaking & falling down . Then we know what will be the outcome . Railways will disown responsibility as the damage is caused by the customers.

* Another attachment shows , the plug point for charging the Mobiles . THANK YOU VERY MUCH , RAILWAYS FOR BRING SO THOUGHTFUL TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS. Now the ones who want to charge their mobiles have to plug in at the end of the Window seat , but where will he /she keep the phone at the table of the Window seat traveler with the wire crisscrossing and causing nuisance to the co passenger .? WHY BRING IN DISPUTE BETWEEN THE CUSTOMERS WHICH COULD BE WELL AVOIDED ?
INSTEAD WHY NOT PROVIDE A SMALL PLATE THAT DOESN’T COME IN THE WAY OF THE SEATED PERSON NEAR THE WINDOW FOR THE MOBILES TO BE PLACED WHILE GETTING CHARGED. EITHER ABOVE OR BELOW THE PLUG POINT .I THINK SOME DESIGNER CAN SUGGEST WITH A DESIGN . [The railway designers are all air travelers , they don’t have any innovation for the comforts of the Rail customers ]
ISN’T IT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE RAILWAYS TO PROTECT THE FITTING FROM DAMAGE OR AT LEAST PROVIDE WHAT THE AMENITIES THE CUSTOMERS NEED [In this case provide hooks for hanging the small hand baggage and plates to keep the Mobiles above or below the plug points .]

suggestion. rlys to provide atleast two points for charging mobiles on each side. the berth side and the aisle side..To ensure the points work is important. Two crucibles on each side pref having sode wall one inch deep so that the mob does not fall when there is a jerk. more  
I COMMEND THE NOTE OF SHRI DANIEL. YES... GOOD WORK NEEDS APPRECIATION. WHO DOES NOT APPRECIATE A ROSE WHEN IT ( RAILWAYS) ARE ALWAYS GETTING "BRICKBATS"..!!.. NOW - A FEW MORE POINTS... OUR RAIL FELLOW TRAVELERS DO NOT KNOW - HOW TO GAINFULLY USE A PRIVILEGE.!.. TODAY I WAS TRAVELING IN THE NEW BOGIES OF KOCHUVELI BANASWADI TRAIN. THE WHOLE TRAIN LOOKED FAIRLY NEW AND THE RESTROOMS WERE MODIFIED VERSIONS AND FAIRLY COMFORTABLE WITH HEALTH FAUCETS ETC. SOME PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY STARTED PEELING OFF THE POLYTHENE COVERS FROM THE DOORS : SOMEBODY HAD TRIED TO UNSCREW THE NEW WASHBASIN TAP: AND I COULD SEE PEOPLE WATCHING MOVIES IN THEIR LAP TOPS, AFTER HAVING PLUGGED THE CHARGER INTO THE SOCKET. WHY..??.(if an accident takes place they will blame the Railways.!.) THE TOILETS HAVE NOT BEEN CLEANED PROPERLY. WE HEAR, SOME PEOPLE HAVE ALREADY VANDALISED THE NEW "TRAIN 18" ON ITS MAIDEN RUN..WHY THIS KOLA VERI..??.. more
