Aquaguard Water Purifier - Cheating for Service

We had purchased Aquaguard Enhance water purifier, which had stopped working after 3 moths, I called customer care for service. After waiting for more than a month a person came and serviced, but Water is not being filtered properly after the service. I complain the same but no solution. No body came for providing service.

Aquaguard has area wise service persons, these people will not provide service if the product is not purchased through them.

so getting service has become a serious issue.

I sent a complaint letters to their Bangalore office address as mentioned in the bill, But the letter did not delivered, came back stating party does not exist in the address.They have fake address in bill.

I suspect If the products they are selling are duplicate or local made.

Can anybody help me to reach out to the Aquaguard and make them aware on issues faced by the consumer. more

Many times we see such complaints from Customers on different products.What is the result of writing here? Is anything really happening? Atleast I am not aware. A humble suggestion I would like to make is that, if there are many number of complaints, The circle Admn. should take up the matter with the Consumer court or any other competent authority, so that the matter is being looked into. Or the circle can just write to the top management of the Companies involved, which might also fetch some results. more  
I agree. We too have very bad experience of Aqua Guard in last three years. We purchased Aqua Guard Nova in 2001 and service was satisfactory till 2012. Encouraged by their good service we purchased Aquaguard RO enhance for 2nd flat as we purchased additional flat. However after selling new machine their service became nonexistent. For aquaguard Nova older machine which had valid AMC till 2013 Dec. no body turned up despite complaints. Candle was not replaced which should have been done. Same story got repeated with RO enhance. Its AMC is till march 2016. Candle replacement was due in March 2015 but till date has not been done despite reminders. This is fit case for consumer court. My advice to all is -do not go for AMC for more than a year. Also if any body knows how to purify water by indigenous means please let us know so that all these water purifiers and their companies can be discarded. more  
As long as you have a receipt of purchase stamped and signed by the seller, you can insist and get replacement. How do you rate purification of water? Why do youi sau=y it does not filter properly. Write a letter to Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission, office located near VT/cst opposite court. Hand over personally and consult. I got my refund from mighty Emirates when they lost my bag but it takes time. more  
If at the time of Purchase the man is vigilant & ask for valid After Sales Service document, then only it is binding on the Sales Agency otherwise the Franchaise never bother to give the proper after sales service. more
