Forum of Women in Public sector is a powerful forum that I had initiated about 24 years ago. Presently only Women employees in PSU's including public sector banks are members. The forum has about 20,000 members spread all over India. This forum is entirely the initiative by Women. There used to be a Women's club called ALTRUSA .It was a professional women's club .We used to meet at regular intervals in every ones home periodically over a cup of tea. There was no membership charges in this. When I got transferred to Mumbai I lost touch. I will try to get more information regarding the current status. Dr. Reena Ramachandran more

Hi Eliana, There is Delhi Network, which you can Google. They have coffee mornings every Tuesday and neighborhood meetings as well. If you're American, there is the American Women's Assoc., AWA, now the American Welcome Assoc., they have a FB page. And there is INternations, which is all over the world and has a Delhli chapter and is just starting a womens group. Let me know if you have questions.
