Are we doing our duty to our home, our city - Delhi?!
In view of the attached picture, a thought that comes to mind is.....
We Delhites are equally to be blamed for this mess!!...We need to ask ourselves, are we doing our duties as citizens of this city??...are we not, always only talking about our rights?!!..are we using public transport as much as possible?!!...are we driving responsibly, so that no chaos is created on the roads due to me??!!....have we stopped littering?!!!....have we taught our children to be socially responsible citizens??!!....do we respect the law?!!.....do we obey traffic rules??!!!....am I planting trees and plants??!!!....do we love our city??!!!....
If we ask ourselves these questions, and do not get answers in affirmative, than we are responsible for taking Delhi to the top position!!....
It is very easy to expect the authorities to be available everywhere, monitor every wrong action, challans and penalize people...!!....but until the time we do not discipline ourselves, we should be prepared for the worse!! more

In addition to all the discussions that we have had, I feel it has today become imperative to raise our concern and discontent about some of the more serious issues hindering Delhi's walk to being a developed city.Delhites are now unfortunately caught in the quagmire of the two political outfits, fighting their own battles to win Delhi into their favour, and make the other one lose it!We all must leave no opportunity to share our thoughts and concern about this at each and every platform we can lay our hands on, so that the powers to be, realize that they are making a big mistake! more

Ordinary citizens are the critical mass, unless they get active and also awaken to their duties...no miraculous transformation is possible! more
