Are you a subscriber of BSNL or MTNL services? Seeking your feedback
Dear Friends, I am seeking the views of the residents of Delhi and nearby ares who are the subscribers of MTNL and BSNL about their feedback and suggestions about reliability of MTNL/BSNL services and the problem they are facing with them. I will be taking the similar views of the members who are from rest of the country as I plan to send a paper to their Chairman. more

I had a broad band connection from BSNL. it was down for 50 % of the time. finally went for airtel. charges are more but their service is better. more

Dear all MTNL GSM as well as land line network is worst of all where there is non who can remove our complaints, just passing time and no one is afraid of government action, may be because of being in Delhi close to government looking after them only JAY HIND more

Just to add , Now when I want to port-out my number out of BSNL network, the SMS to 1900 are failing. So they are not even allowing subscribers to port-out. more

Do not know the service , but tried to get a new phone connection and was asked to send SMS to a number. Everytime i send a message, i get a reply that we will contact you soon but nothing happens. They are not keen for new customers . more

I am using BSNL Haryana GSM number in Gurgaon roaming on MTNL NCR network from my experience is MTNL network is worst GSM network in India. more
