This is a good beginning. At our personal level also we should help each other. We are all good intentioned people wanting to help others but don't know how and where. A common pool can be formed and volunteers should give their phone numbers and area of expertise/knowledge/sources. For example those knowing procedures of getting driving license and other work in transport office can give their contact number for people to approach them. Similarly for voter ID card, FIR, ration card, problems in electricity supply companies so on so forth. This is one suggestion. Others can give other such suggestions. Like this we will have a full database. more
