Kejriwal: Home, Finance, Vigilance, Power and Services

Manish Sisodia: Revenue, Urban Development and Public Works Department

Saurabh Bhardwaj: Transport

Rakhi Birla: Women and Child Development and Women's Security

Girish Soni: SC/ST, Employment, Development and Labour

Satendra Jain: Health and Industry

1.55 pm: No Delhi government official will use red beacon and no officer or politician will take unnecessary security," says Kejriwal in first press conference as chief minister.

1.54 pm: Kejriwal to today meet officials of the power and water departments. He will also meet the Delhi Police chief.

1.50 pm: The AAP government has to prove its majority in the legislative assembly on January 3.

13. 17 pm: Kejriwal chairs his first cabinet meeting and distributes portfolios among his six ministers.

-Arvind Kejriwal: Power and Finance.
- Manish Sisodia: PWD/UD and Education.
- Saurabh Bhardwaj: Transport.
- Rakhi Birla: Women and Child Welfare.
- Satenyendra Jain: Health

13.14 pm: Kejriwal keeps Finance and Power portfolios.

13.13 pm: Kejriwal cabinet meeting starts, distribute portfolios.

13.00 pm: Kejriwal along with his Cabinet members reach Delhi secretariat, take charge.

12.47pm: Arvind Kejriwal reaches Rajghat to pay homage to Mahatma Gandhi after taking oath as Delhi Chief Minister.

12.44 pm: Kiran Bedi congratulates Arvind Kejriwal, says a lot has been done by him.

12. 30 pm: I am confident that Arvind Kejriwal will do a good job, says Anna Hazare

12. 15 pm: Delhi youngest Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal addresses crowd at Ramlila Maidan. In his first address to India he said:

- Neither we will take bribe nor accept it, chants Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.
- Take bribe and inform us on our number, we will catch the culprit together.
- We will try not to make mistakes. more
