Asked for Replacemet but No proper Response.
Hence i reported that problem through the service centre. They found the same problem and confirmed it. Service centre said it can be serviceable. But as a consumer, 50000 worth product how could it can be a defective within 20 days from purchased date. Hence i asked for replacement. But they didnt responded properly and convincing to make service. But i am not ready to make it service. Because once it was serviced, i knew how it will work after. My concern is how could a defective can be accepted within 20 days. There is no proper response from the customer support sids also. Hence requesting to make a proper intiative to give a right solution.
Really disappointing from LG. more
