Assert your Rights but also act responsibly

Please assert your rights as a consumer:
The right to safety
The right to be informed
The right to choose
The right to be heard
The right to seek redressal
The right to consumer education

But also do the following:
Recycle paper, cardboard and plastic packaging
Use bins and do not litter the streets
Segregate household garbage into wet and dry categories
Join cleanliness drives and keep surroundings clean
Compost leaves, waste flowers and tree branches more

This department is the useless department in India with no powers i complaint two to three time to their call center nothing happens we all are just doing time waste here government is not interested in any consumer welfare its just a lolipop to people only for name sake i given complaint for Samsung India Pvt Limited for my mobile which got problem in warranty only and service centers just done time pass by reinstalling the software and the problem is with hardware and after one month when warranty lapsed they told me that phone main board needs to be changed it will cost Rs. 20000/- i purchase the phone for 62500/- and now again i paid 20000/- for repair now the total cost is 82500/- and still the phone have issue. Now someone tell me what to do with this department ....? I feel personally chor chor bhai bhai. more  
Misuse of Tax payer's money without accountability. Rights are only on Man ki Bat but actually no right s for comman man more  
I ask my Rights as Consumer Traders one day kill me and Consumer Forum also not support and heed my grievances what to do??? more
