AVAIL AVAILABILITY OF VITAMINS AND MINERALS in

EVERY DAY VEGETABLE INTAKE RATHER THAN GET from the MEIDCALS STORES :

Multi vitamins and Minerals are important for us. The best Multivitamins are made from Whole fruits and fresh vegetables, not from synthetically produced vitmins.

The second one deals with the concet of Growth of Brain cells. The old concept till 1998 was that it stops at 18 and no more growth but only degeneration after that . But it is being accepted widely that neurogenesis takes place even during the rest of the duration of our lives.

* and of course nutritionits will suggest some green leafy vegetables , curds and so on .

Food and Fruits are the best Tonic for life but the availability of Fruits and Food now a days are Pre grown. So they cant do the Justice to Health. Much more Research in this regards is needed by Agriculture. more  
consumption of natural fruits and vegetables is the best way to get vitamins and minerals more  
Well observed Pankaj . Of course all major cities have organic vegetableas and whole grains available . one may have to pay that much extra for good health. Those in small towns fresh vegetables and fruits are available though pesticide spraying poses a problem. more  
....nothing like letting the body synthesize natural vitamins and minerals from food! more
