availability of service parts of appliances whitegoods gadget
It is very difficult for us as consumers to find and buy service parts of appliances whitegoods gadgets that are used in daily life.
Most stores and and online sites sell you the original appliance gadget refrigerator or washing machine but fail to provide service part.
Can some rule be made where if a store retail or online is selling original gadget they must ship or supply the parts within 48-72 hours?

If spares are made easily available and cost effective, selling of their products will sharply come down, at least in countries like ours, where people do not believe in finally saying goodbye to any products as long as there is any scope of their retrieval in working condition on repairing and changing parts. more

Our ,Society and Trust act for registered non profit, Professional ( Institution of Engineers etc)and other housing, maintenance societies " charter need to be modernized ". WSIS or ICT or us at MIL of UNESCO, need to find draft. more

yes, i am agree with you, Service part of white goods are very costly as well as time consuming process. needs to improve by imposing fines. more

Knowing all white goods manufactures are crooks and cheat the public why not use your brain and don't purchase these items. Or take the terms and conditions of the sale to a legal eagle and find a loophole to get them arrested and hang them. One of the S.C advocates who charges a lakh for one appearance will be the happiest man. Every sale are subject to certain terms and conditions. If one does not agree, don't purchase it. If they violate the terms and conditions you can approach various judicial entity. more

Lack of spare parts, non availability of "quality" service, exorbitant service charges, endorsement by celebrities ,the white goods industry is thriving. There are 121 registered manufacturers (42 MNCs) in India. Have you read, noticed, or heard any one shutting shop and move in to "mask making"? First of learn to buy anything be it a electric lighter for your LPG burner or double door smart refrigerator. And LEARN how to use them judiciously. Gathering all the gadgets to spite the neighbour is a good sport. The manufacturers and traders will laugh all the way to their bank if we still believe getting everything FREE.(including Covid vaccine). more
