Availability of Small denomination notes
sir
1.From last 2 days most of the ATM's are dry ,no cash
2. No body knows when the small denomination notes will be kept in ATM's
3. Till such time at DIST LEVEL let govt authorize DIST COLLECTOR/Meeseva/E-seva to
issue printed TOKENS with QC-CODE of small denomination such as Rs50/- Rs100/-
with proper govt seal to all people by taking Rs2000/- note for circulation in the market
4. Let a separate account may be open in the bank by Govt
and deposit the amount received through coupons issued to people.
5. Let the market accept these tokens, after accumulating coupons, shop keepers in turn deposit coupons in the banks, Banks can
release the amount to shop keepers from the same account.
Let Govt think in similar lines till new notes are released
thanks more

To face the change problem the idea of token is good. but it can not be at wider level as it may give chance to crooks as suspected by Mr Nalam. But it cab utilised at local street level where everyone knows everyone. this can be more useful at shopping complex where more separate shops function.Change tokens can be exchanged at the entrance and leftover tokens can be collected at the exit. But the govt wants every one to digital/online transactions even for small transactions like cup pf tea at street vender. more

This will create a parallel 'notes' and so cannot be created by anyone else but banking system. Type of Officers of that system's illness is well knon. So cashless transaction is the best option. But poor have to be aided with mobiles. They will learn in no time. But a sound hack proof transaction system is desired. Else everything will go topsy turvy. more

Idea is good, but there is every possibility of proxy seals which will let the whole tokens become fake. more
