Avoid coffeeshops bars and restaurants

No restaurant serves safe and nutritious food. Its high sugar, high salt and many items are high in bad fats.

With high risk in restaurant best to learn cooking and make stuff at home. You will save money too and be safe from Covid more

No one understands real value of life. No one know how much money shall endure and ensure one's life. No one realises death knocks everyone anytime, still money mongering continues unabated. One should earn and make money.in good manner keeping in mind that that is only a means not the end. Always food prepared at Home is far better than those at hotels or restaurant. More hygiene and nutritious. Less said the better. more
The problem is nowadays both husband and wife go for jobs unlike earlier days.Restaurants are not at all safe and hygienic and kitchens are kept in bad conditions .Health regulations are poor every where as all officials are inefficient to enforce the laws. more
