As preventive measure,among others narrated by many circle members, right from the onset of rainy season,make more n more use of lemon,onion,garlic,ginger,green chilly,black pepper,pickals, laung,daal chini,methi dana,karela,giloy,neem,tulsi,amla,haldi( also green-raw haldi,( that is better),if avaiable)ajwain,saunf,in one form or the other. Don't take market prepared,more oily,spicy,heavy,processed/ preserved,deep fried foods,too much of tea/coffee,sof/cold drinks,already cut fruits or already prepared juices,beverages.
