The Ayurveda Clock - is a 24 hr Guide that aims to nurture our natural Circadian cycle (A natural internal process that regulates the sleep–wake cycle & repeats every 24hrs)

During 24 hr period, one of the Dosh (Vat,Pitta & Kaph)

Definetily this clock should have flexibility for Seasons. Mornings are best for Yoga (first rays of sun for Surya-namaskar), similarly for many outdoor exercises. Also in summer doing exercise after 10AM will only make body tire & sweat more. The clock should also be taking into account both Latitude & Longitude due to sunrise & sunset. Sleeping by 10 PM in Western longitude in summer when the sunset is close to 8 P.M. more  
The "Noon" portion does not look right to me. What is the source of this information? Only a good Vaidhya or Ayurvedic practitioner can confirm it's accuracy. more
