Ayurveda without sideeffects

I am keen to learn from this esteemed group what are all the ayurveda wellness products that you have taken without facing sideeffects. Many thanks in advance. more  

Side effects are more in Alopathy. But allergy can be a problem in any system and even in our diet. So the best option is to check suitability for our constitution. more  
Generally metformin and insulin are prescribed in diabetes but patients complain side effects of these medicines while topically applied ayurvedic herbal birch tree bark oil has no side effect.because it is applied through skin massage. more  
Most of the Ayurvedic or Herbal preparations products are predominantly made with ingredients that come from Nature ... Plant foods ... Herbs ... Seeds ... Spices etc. Therefore they do not normally cause the kind of dangerous side effects that chemically or artificially prepared compounds can cause. However ... that said ... We Cannot ingest natural products in a random manner. Even the natural ingredients when ingested on a daily basis in large quantity over a very very long period of time need to be monitored. The Human body reacts to / accepts / rejects ingested inputs on an individual basis in different ways and for different reasons. There are rules and dos and donts attached to these natural products as well and Dosage instructions have to be followed. Ayurvedic principles of Tridosha balance must be followed. more

Dont think ashvagandha has side effects. Also trifala and chavanprash more
