B.1.1.529 or Nu rising - Careful India

This B.1.1.529 or soon called Nu variant has 32 spike mutations — over 2x more than DeltaVariant had in its spike. Many scientists say B11529 has an “awful spike profile” based on its mutations and locations.

The Govt must take all steps to protect people. If that means we shut all flights from South Africa Europe Middle East so be it. Do it like China did with first 2 variants. Dont mess up. more

I wish government of India has some sense to think to look into what was the threat of last Delta strain before jumping to this sort of fear and panic reaction. I just cancelled my flight to Delhi from US due to this sort of stupid fear mongering and changing rules by the minute. This group and people like you are all pushing regulations without knowing much. It is a shame that this sort of panic is hurting the country and not helping but people have no care. more
Hopefully, the government will act fast so that a last year like awful and frightful situation is not repeated in the country! more
precaution is better than cure, more
Almost all the people who are flying are complying with the testing and vaccine rules, especially the ones from US with US airlines. more
GoI should restrict flights to n from covid infested countries. The State governments must enforce covid protocol strictly atleast upto 31/03/22. Vote Bank politics should not be played at every step of life. Vaccination be accelerated. Penalize those who are avoiding vaccination. more
