Babus and Mantris getting public land allotted to self

One of the ways large scale corruption or better called Loot is happening in India is that the babus and mantris when in position of authority get public land use converted (property with mega fold appreciation potential) to revenue type and then get it allotted to self and kin.

In a few years, these crooks sell such properties to local businessmen who then develop it or sell to big corporates.

So the babus mantri pay couple of lakhs for a land and they sell for couple of crores. This is very very common and a scam that lok ayukta. acb and other vigilance agencies just fail to catch. If they do somehow (very rare) even they are made partners.

LocalCircles should do survey on this escalate and Govt must get a national CBI investigation done on all such allotments. This will be a clean up bigger than demonetisation more

Yes."Public lands are used in Banks for getting BGs".Ultimately it leads to non payments by the corporation. Property is the first thing a person born needs for betterment. It was removed with ulterior motto in some states. more
Rajasthan Speaker CP Joshi asked for 33% for a contract worth 75 crores. Contractor is waiting for LOI, hopefully next week it would be through and entire matter is upfront constantly being discussed with CM Ashok Gehlot. more
