I would draw the attention of the author of the post. I feel there is no use of posting article or the issue on the forum when there is no response from the author itself. I and Shri Chandra Arora had requested the author on 3rd November 2018 to provide more details on the issue raised. Till date no details had been provided which is quite surprising about the seriousness. more

There is no concept as Backdated Retirement. If the person was doing regular work then we presume he was also getting regular salary. In this scenario, the only benefits ( Employer wants to deprive by so-called backdated retirement) would be retiral benefits i.e gratuity. Gratuity can be claimed if he had completed atleast five years continuous services and cannot be deprived by any backdated retirement as the such backdated retirement letter would be abinitio void. more

Pls furnish more details. 1. Whether appointment is illegal an initial. Means whether it was made by an incompetent authority 2. Whether it was against the recruitment rules 3. Whether the recruitment was marred by proved charges of corruption.
