Bad business practice by Blu online Taxi Service

My issue is with the highly irregular practice followed by Blu online cab. I booked on line their cab for local ride on 15/1/23 & paid them the fare in advance. My ride was on 16/1/23 but I did not get the vehicle by required time and when I contacted them they said the vehicle was not booked but they said amount was received. When asked to refund the amount they say it’s in my wallet with them and they cannot debit the wallet to refund it to source .This way I feel they are fleecing customers & may be collected crores of money without giving service. They are not even returning when I said I do not wish to use their services in future.
I think this practice is bad & need to be exposed across media & all

Such acts of pick-pocketing(s) are being practiced by big corporate houses even! It seems all are assured immunity against such thefts. more
Cannot Dept of Consumer Affairs and TBO issue instructions on such thievary? It is a restrictive practice affecting consumer choices. more
Yes, such manipulative practice is on rise in recent times. Cab aggregators simply squeezing the passengers. No state politician took any initiative to discipline the cab aggregators. Vote Bank politics compel to stay away. more
In the last 1 year the services of Ola and Uber have not only become more costly but also they indulge in a lot of manipulative practices. One way is for the driver to know the destination and cancel the trip after making you wait for 30 mts or so. If the customer does this, the customer has to pay a penalty but not the driver. The malpractice is the driver demanding extra money. Most of them cancel the trip flat if it is through wallet. Often the driver will turn up and cancel the trip but take the money shown in the app thus cheating the company. An essentially great service has been mauled by these bad practices. more
it is the same issue with all cab aggregators .They only know how to fleece the customer and also the driver. more
